Eligible for Return / Refund

1.    Unboxing Video Required: A clear, continuous unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the sealed courier package is opened. The video should clearly show the package, product, and any issue.

2.    Report Within 24 Hours: Any return or refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after 24 hours will not be considered.

3.    Damaged or Incorrect Items: Returns or refunds will be accepted only if:

• The product is received in a damaged condition, or
• An incorrect item was delivered.
• Supporting unboxing video evidence is mandatory.

Not Eligible for Return / Refund

Returns or refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

• Damage caused after delivery due to customer handling, misuse, or improper storage.
• Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or alterations made after receiving the product.
• Claims submitted without an unboxing video.
• Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery.
• Minor variations in color, size, or appearance due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.
